su:m37 Flawless Regenerating Eye Cream

I've been putting this blog post off. And off. And then, when I was almost ready to go with it, I decided to wait a bit more. Why? Because I've been waiting (and I still am!) to find something negative to say about this su:m37º Flawless Regenerating Eye Cream. I can't just gush about how wonderful it is. I need to bitch and moan about something. Anything. It's against my nature to say only good and great and even better things about a skincare product. The balance in the universe must be preserved!

And yet, with this cosmetic, I simply can't find anything major to complain about. Well, maybe about the packaging...

Ok, so let me tell you how this story began.

Dlaczego?
Bo czekalam (i kurcze, nadal czekam), az wynajde cos negatywnego do napisania o tym su:m37º Flawless Regenerating Eye Cream.
Nie moge przeciez, ot tak po prostu, piac peanow na czesc kosmetyku. To w koncu ja!!! To niemozliwe! Musze wynalezc cos do narzekania. Bo rownowaga we wszechswiecie musi zostac zachowana.
Ale z tym kremem - nic. Po prostu nic negatywnego nie moge o nim napisac. No moze oprocz tego ohydnego dizajnu sloiczka.

OK, ale zacznijmy od poczatku...

A bylo to tak...

W zeszlym roku, na kilka dni zanim zaczelam prowadzic tego bloga, kolezanka z pracy dostala paczke od ciotki (a moze kuzynki? nie pamietam) z Korei. Bo to mila dziewczyna, przyniosla paczke do pracy, gdzie jej najlepsze psiapsioly rzucily sie na nia (paczke, nie kolezanke, chociaz w tlumie, ktory sie rzucal, trudno bylo jednoznacznie powiedziec) jak stado glodnych harpii.

W mniej niz 3 sekundy wszystko zostalo rozszarpane na strzepy, i jedyne co udalo mi sie w tej orgii zlapac to mini-sloiczek jakiego kremu.
Jak sie pozniej okazalo, byl to najbardziej burzujski okaz w calej paczce i najbardziej pozadany przez inne dziewoje. Trafilo mi sie jak slepej kurze. Namawiana bylam, aby sie wymienic na probke kremu BB, i prawie sie skusilam. Ale cos mi dobilo, i burzujski krem zatrzymalam. A byl to wlasnie ow slawetny su:m37º Flawless Regenerating Eye Cream. Tak, to koreanski produkt.

Last year, just a few days before I started this blog, my friend got a package from her aunt in Korea. She brought the package to work, where her wonderful co-workers (that means me, as well) descended upon it like a hoard of hungry harpies.

In less than 3 seconds the entire contents were divvied up and what I madly grabbed during this brief, but very intense, mayhem, was a sample mini-jar of some cream. As it turned out later, it was the fanciest product in the entire package, and an item coveted by many. I almost traded it in for a BB cream sample, but something spoke to me, and I decided to keep it after all. And that's how I got my chance to try the famous su:m37º Flawless Regenerating Eye Cream. Yes, it's a Korean skincare product.

Nie wiedzialam wtedy nic o tym produkcie, ani o firmie, choc cos mi sie tam o uszy kiedys obilo. (Tak, wiem, ze to dla niekorych bedzie nowina, ale kosmetykami, szczegolnie tymi pielegnacyjnymi, interesuje sie duzo dluzej niz ten blog istnieje).
Ale, hej, to byl krem pod oczy, wybrzydzac nie bede. Szczegolnie, ze wlasnie wtedy z moim zdrowiem nie bylo najlepiej i bardzo sie to odbilo wlasnie pod oczami. Potrzebowalam czegos, co pomogloby mi wygladac jak czlowiek.

Mini-opakowanie starczylo mi na trzy tygodnie dwa razy dziennego uzywania. Sama z siebie nie zauwazylam zadnych jednoznacznych rezultatow, bo jesli gapisz sie na cos przez caly czas, to trudno jest spostrzec male, subtelne zmiany. Ale dziewczyny w pracy zauwazyly. I slusznie wydedukowaly, ze uzywalam tego magicznego kremu pod oczy.

I to by byle tyle tytulem przydlugiego wstepu.
Potem, podczas wycieczki do Tonga, kupilam dwa kremy pod oczy. Jeden z nich okazal sie totalnym niewypalem, drugi, pomimo sporej ceny - zupelnym przecietniakiem. Ale je mialam, kase wydalam, krzywdy nie robily, wiec postanowilam je zuzyc.

I didn't know much about the product, or the company that made it. But hey, it was an eye cream. And my under eye area was in desperate need of some TLC.

The sample was enough for about 3 weeks of twice daily use. I didn't notice anything different about my eyes, because if you look at something every day, it's hard to spot small, subtle changes. But my co-workers did notice. And rightly deduced that I had been using the magical eye cream.

And that was that.
Then in December, on my way from Tonga, I bought two different eye creams, one of which was a total dud, and the other - barely average. But I had them, so I used them.

I tak to, w zeszlym miesiacu stalam sie dumna posiadaczka pelnowymiarowego opakowania su:m37º Flaweless Regenerating Eye Cream.

Uzywam go od ciut ponad miesiaca, najpierw tylko wieczorem, obecnie rowniez i rano. I tak szczerze? Nie mam sie do czego przyczepic. W ogole. Ci, ktorzy mnie znaja, wiedza, ze to niespotykane.

Krem zapakowany jest w bardzo dizajnerski sloiczek. Plastikowy, o ile sie nie myle. Zlota nakretka byla niemozliwa do sfotografowania, wiec zdjecia sa jakie sa. To chyba jedyna rzecz, ktora mnie w tym produkcie irytowala (i nadal irytuje).

So when the trip to Seoul came about, suddenly, something clicked in my brain. Hey, I can look for that magical miracle eye cream now.
And that's how last month I became a proud owner of a full size jar of su:m37º Flawless Regenerating Eye Cream.

I've been using it for a bit longer than a month now, initially only in the evening, now also in the morning. And in all honesty, there is nothing that I can truly complain about with this product. Which, if you know me, you realize it's pretty amazing.

The cream is packaged in a striking, oddly shaped jar. All plastic, as far as I could tell. The gold cap was impossible to photograph, so that might be my only complaint about this cosmetic.

Sloiczek zawiera 20 ml kremu. Ciut wiecej niz standardowe zachodnie 15 ml kremow pod oczy (choc zdarzaja sie tez sknery o 12 ml).
Kupilam go na lotnisku w Incheon, w sklepie duty-free, gdzie pani przy stoisku su:m37º miala tak niesamowicie zle dobrany podklad, ze wygladala jakby sie urwala z teatru kabuki.
Bylam tak zafascynowana jej podkladem, ze nie do konca pamietam cene. Jakies 80 euro.
Dlaczego euro? Bo tak kasa na lotnisku przeprowadzila transkacje przy uzyciu karty kredytowej. Nie w koreanskich wonach, nie w amerykanskich dolarach, nawet nie w jenach. Ale wlasnie w euro.

The jar contains 20 ml of cream. It's a bit more than the typical 15 ml western eye cream standard.
I bought it duty free at the airport in Incheon and while I don't remember the exact price, I can tell you that it was about 80 euro. Why euro? Because, very mysteriously, that's how the airport cash register processed my credit card transaction. Not in Korean won, not in US dollars, not in Japanese yen, but in euros. I don't remember the price, because the lady working the su:m37º counter had the worst case of poorly matched foundation that I've ever seen on a cosmetics sales person. Ever. She looked like she was on break between kabuki performances. Scary...

Teraz o kremie. Jest gesty. Bardzo gesty. Bardzo bardzo gesty. I bardzo bardzo bogaty.
Pachnie tak jakos ziolowo-podobnie. Na pierwsze wachniecie, nie jest to bardzo zachwycajacy zapach. Wrecz przeciwnie. Przynajmniej takie bylo moje wrazenie. Ale, o dziwo, mozna sie do niego przyzwyczaic bardzo szybko. Nie jest ten zapach trwaly i ulatnia sie natychmiast po rozsmarowaniu.

Jego Wysokosc poniuchal krem i powiedzial, ze przywoluje mu to na mysl kosmetyki dla starszych pan. Dran jeden! Ale szybko wyjasnil, ze mial na mysli naturalny, organiczny zapach, a nie sztuczny, jaskrawy perfum tak bardzo popularny ostatnio w kosmetykach dla dziewczatek.

Ja, ja, whatever...

Nie zapach jest tu wazny, ale to, co ten krem robi.

The cream is very thick. Very thick. And very dense. And very, very rich.
It smells vaguely herbal. At first sniff, it's not a very pleasant smell, at least not to me, but oddly enough, I got used to it very quickly. The scent doesn't last and disappears immediately upon application.

The man of the house sniffed the cream and said it somehow reminded him of skincare products for older ladies. LOL. Bastard! He quickly clarified he meant a very natural, organic smell, and not a chemical, bright and sparkly scent unknown in nature but so popular in cosmetics for young women.

OK, OK, whatever...

The smell is not the important thing here. What the cream does is.

Krem ten dokonuje metamorfozy pod oczami. Nie wiem jak to inaczej okreslic.
Po miesiacu gorliwego smarowania, moja cienka jak papier skora pod oczami jest teraz wyraznie grubsza i taka jakas jedrniejsza. Wyglada zdrowo. Wyglada na dobrze odzywiona i zadbana. Ma blask. I jest wyraznie gladsza.

A skoro o gladkosci mowa... Mam mase mniejszych i wiekszych zmarszczek pod oczami. Ten krem zrobil z nimi cos. Co? Tego nie jestem pewna. Ale sa one teraz mniej widoczne, jakies takie zlagodzone, wygladzone. Wydaje mi sie rowniez, ze jest ich mniej niz miesiac temu.

Kolor tego nieszczesnego rejonu pod oczami rowniez sie poprawil. Przynajmniej w moim przypadku. Moja skora byla tam niemal zielono-fioletowa, z wielkimi cieniami. Bez wzgeldu na to ile godzin spalam, to zawsze wygladalam jak kiepsko zreanimowany nieboszczyk.
Teraz cieni juz nie ma, i zielony fiolecik tez jakos tak niemal zniknal. Nadal jest mi daleko do idealnego koloru pod oczami, ale poprawa na chwile obecna jest monumentalna. Dla mnie jest to tak niesamowite odczucie, ze ostatnimi dniami nawet zapominam o korektorze pod oczy. A to juz mowi wiele.

The cream transforms the under eye area. I don't know how else to describe it.
After a month of use, my paper thin skin is now visibly thicker and how to put it, sturdier. It looks healthy. It looks nourished. It looks brighter. It looks smoother.

Speaking of smoother... I do have lots of tiny and not so tiny lines under my eyes. The cream did something to them. They are less visible, and there seems to be a lot fewer of them than a month ago.
The color of the under eye area has improved as well. At least in my case. The skin there used to be almost greenish purple, with a perpetual dark cast. Even after eight hours of sleep, I still looked like a poorly reanimated corpse. Now, the dark shadow is completely gone, as is most of the purplishness. The color is still far from ideal, but it's a lot better than it was a month ago, trust me. On some days I even forget to use the under-eye concealer, if that tells you anything.

Nie chce piac z zachwytu i mowic, ze kocham ten krem, ale rezultaty mowia same za siebie. (Tak. Kocham. Ten. Krem. Teraz juz to oficjalnie powiedzialam). Widzac takie rezultaty, nic dziwnego, ze Jego Wysokosc sam z siebie zaczal szukac dalszych czesci serii Flawless, zeby je dla mnie zamowic.

Ale lojalnie uprzedzam osoby, ktore mysla o tym, aby siegnac po ten krem.
Jest to bardzo gesty krem i jego konsystencja i tresciwosc nie sa dla kazdego. Niektorzy moga wrecz powiedziec, ze jest za tlusty. Albo, ze wchlania sie bardzo dlugo. Albo, ze z powodu tej tresciwosci nie nadaje sie do uzywania rano. Albo, ze zapach ich odpycha.

Wszystko to prawda. su:m37º Flawless Regenerating Eye Cream nie jest dla kazdego.
Ale jesli ktos szuka powaznej pielegnacji pod oko i chce widocznych rezultatow w miare szybko, to ten krem bedzie strzalem w 10. Albo w jedenastke nawet.

Skladowe snobki rowniez beda zachwycone.
Jako ze jest to kosmetyk marki su:m37º, moga oczekiwac wysokiej jakosci naturalnych skladnikow, bo z tego wlasnie su:m37º slynie.
Sklad jest imponujacy i mozna go znalezc w tym wpisie na Agathblog.

I don't want to say that I love this cream, but the results speak for themselves. (OK, yes, I do. I do love this cream!!! Now, I've said it.)

Be forewarned however, this is a very thick cream, and its consistency is not for everyone. Some people may even complain that it's too oily. Or that it takes a long time for the skin to absorb it completely. They may say that it's too rich to be used in the morning. Or they may say that the smell puts them off.

All of these are very valid points. su:m37º Flawless Regenerating Eye Cream is not for everyone. But if you need serious under eye care and want visible results relatively fast, this is the cream to try.

Ingredient snobs will be very pleased as well.
This is a su:m37º product after all, so you can expect high quality natural ingredients for which this company is famous for.

Nie przepadam za probkami z nieznanych zrodel, bo odkad zobaczylam na wlasne oczy jak latwo jest wypelnic rolke folii czymkolwiek, to wole ich po prostu unikac.
